How the process works

Contact Us
The first step to take is to simply contact us. You can contact us by phone or email and we can discuss your requirements and if you need a site survey.

Site Survey
We will meet you in your premises to run through the services required and offer any advise on ways to improve hygiene.

Quote
Following the site survey we will then send you a written quote for you to accept.

Installation and Service
You will then receive a date for installation of any new products you have ordered and we will carry out services (replacement for consumables and take away any waste) on a regular, agreed basis.

Account Review
We will then review the service with you from time to time to make sure you are satisfied with our service.
What to expect
- We pride ourselves on reliability so you can expect us to turn up at the same scheduled time as promised.
- You will have a regular engineer who will understand the layout of your premises and the requirements of the service.
- We offer a discreet service, designed to take up a minimal amount of your time.
